Mandelson getting gifts from Epstein for his partner. In America, gifts are taxable. So a standard

thing you do, which Epstein was doing, was saying, no, I'm not making a gift to Mandelson's partner.

I'm making a loan, and they all know it's a gift. We're publishing, probably before this goes
