Okay, James, the Trump trial is before the jury.

On the facts, I don't think there is any doubt that Trump had his fixer Michael Cohen pay off Stormy Daniels not to reveal a sexual encounter with him before the election and then fix the books to look

like he was reimbursing Cohen for legal fees. Still it is a relatively

complicated case and candidly it's not hard to see one or two jurors

holding out.
