Today he is encouraging you, imploring you to ask for help. We must ask for help. We cannot do it all by ourselves.

Believe me, I have tried. Let's go back to like 2008, 2009. My YouTube channel was getting really,

really popular. Tons of email coming in. You know, people wanting me to do this and do that.

I've got lots of clients and all this stuff in the business. It's just growing. And I wanted to do

everything by myself. I wanted to return all of the emails. I wanted to do all of the video editing.

I wanted to do all the product creation. I wanted to work with all the people. I wanted to build the website.

I don't know what I was thinking. I remember being at borders. Remember the bookstore borders. It was amazing. I wish you

would come back. And I was at borders in their software section looking for a book on how to create a website like HTML and CSS and

things like that. And in hindsight, it's like, whoa, what were you thinking? I am not a website builder.

Website designers build websites. I was the health guy. I was a YouTube health guy. I was the health coach.

It's not my job to build a website. And we tend to get ourselves in this mindset where we don't want to give up control.

Or we think that nobody's going to do it the way that we do it. Or we feel like people are going to reject this if we ask them for help.

Or we feel like they need to be paid a whole lot of money in order to help us out. And that's not the case.

We just have to ask. It got to the point where I was so stressed out. I was so overwhelmed by what was going on on YouTube that my friend Michelle saw what was going on.

Anyway, so Michelle saw what was going on with me and put up a Craigslist ad to find me an assistant against my wishes.

She put up the ad. She did the first round of interviews on her own. She picked the best three people a couple of days later. I interviewed the best three people.
