There should be more cereal in there. Heather got more than I did. It was a big fight. I mean, my mom was kind of right. I mean, outside of the damage that it was doing to our bodies, It was also bad for us, you know, from a,

from a sibling standpoint, you know, causing a big rift in the family as to who was getting the most

serial. And, uh, look, it was, we were limited in what we could get. And I made a vow to my mom,

to my sister, to anybody who would listen. My third grade teacher, Mrs. Musa Kahnian, I told her, I said,

look, when I'm a grown man, I'll eat whatever damn cereal I want. Well, the day has come, guys.

As of yesterday, I'm officially a grown man. And guess what? I don't want the junk cereal. I'm a

healthy dude. My mom's healthy values have found their way into my life

and I'm choosing to be healthy. I'm making that choice for myself. I like to exercise. I like to

work out. I like to eat right. And I'm sad to let that cereal go. But guess what? I don't have to
