Hey you, how's it going out there? I'm coming to you a little late this week. A couple of reasons

one you may hear already my voice is kind of fucked. Has been for a couple of weeks now, I had this

chest cold that just won't let go. It's like there's some sort of squid in my lungs.

Anyway, so that and then also I was up in the Sierra's this last weekend. I just came down

yesterday, which was Tuesday, Thursday's Wednesday, June, something June 7th. Damn time flies.

Anyway, so just got back to LA and I'm getting to back in the saddle as it were. I'll only be here

a few days and then I'm going down to Costa Rica for a week at a place called Rhythmia, which is

the world's only medically licensed Ayahuasca clinic. I'm going to do a podcast with the director,

I believe maybe the medical director. I'm not sure which we'll see when I get down there.

But Kyle Tehrman, the pro surfer I had on a few episodes back, knows the people down there and

I expressed some interest and he reached out to them and they offered to fly me down

and have me stay there for a week and check it out in exchange for doing a podcast, which

I'm happy to do. It's an issue I'm interested in anyway. No restrictions on what I say. If I

think it's a shithole, I'll tell you it's a shithole. I don't think it is, but you know,

I'm a big fan of transparency and I want you to always feel that I'm straight with you as to

what's going on on my end of the microphone. So that's what's going on. I'm going down there for

a free fucking trip to Costa Rica. I've never been to Costa Rica. So that'll be fun.

And then I get back to LA, crash for a few hours and then I get on a plane to Europe. I'm flying

into Amsterdam. My buddy Martin's going to pick me up at the airport and we're going to drive

from Amsterdam to Barcelona together, which I think is like a 12 hour drive, something like that.
