So, Derek, do you consider cartels by any means more sophisticated than law enforcement nowadays?

Yeah, well, they don't have any rules.

They don't have any resource issues.

They don't have bureaucracy.

They don't have antiquated thinkers in Congress that don't want to wake the hell up and learn what's going on in the real world.

So, yeah, they have a big advantage.

That's why,

let me show you something here, Murph, because I'm a very visual guy, as you may remember, when you work with me. So this is something I made when I left the Special Operations Division. And

the reason I want you to see this is the red line is the complexity of the threat. The green line is

going down as time goes on. And that's the ability the complexity of the threat. The green line is going down as time goes on,

and that's the ability to deal with the threats. Unfortunately, the black line keeps growing.
