Summary

Somebody recently asked me a brilliant question… “What do I do when I know it’s ME… I’m the problem?”.

I know so many of us struggle with this feeling of standing in our own way, but I also know exactly what you need to do if you want to turn things around. So I wanted to share some things that have really helped me, and I know they’ll help you too.

In this episode I share:

  • The mindset shift that changed my whole life.

  • A powerful exercise to do when you’re ready to change and get out of your own way.

  • How to experiment with being fearless.

  • The decision you need to make.

  • How to create your powerful alter-ego.

And more!

What are your biggest doubts, worries and fears that hold you back? Share with me on Instagram @iamcarriegreen I would love to know!

we are our biggest problem. You are your biggest problem. I am my biggest problem. And I'm not saying

0:37.2

that we don't experience other very, very, very valid problems my biggest problem. And I'm not saying that we don't

0:37.6

experience other very, very, very valid problems we all do. But I think so often we are our own

0:43.5

biggest problem. Let me tell you this. If you already know you are your biggest problem,

0:49.1

you are winning. Because most people don't know. Most people don't realize it. And the thing is, when you don't know

0:56.1

that you're your biggest problem, you can't do anything about it. When you do know you're your

1:00.6

biggest problem, you can actually do something about it because it doesn't have to stay that way.

1:05.1

It does not have to stay that way. You can figure out how to stop holding yourself back, how to get

1:10.7

out of your own way.

1:11.9

And I think that there's so much power in knowing and being able to do something about it.

1:17.4

So I want to dive into this and share with you the things that have helped me so much

1:23.0

because it took me a really long time to realise I was my biggest problem.

1:26.7

I went round in circles for years and years and years with so much long time to realize I was my biggest problem. I went round in circles

1:27.8

for years and years and years with so much imposter syndrome. I was overthinking everything.

1:33.0

I felt like who am I to do this? I'm not good enough. All the things that we all think,

1:37.7

you know, the fears, the doubts, the worries, all of it. And it kept getting in my own way

1:41.2

and I kept feeling like the answer was outside of myself. I kept feeling like I needed to search for the answer somewhere else.
