you guys to Brooke. I first learn about Brooke whenever actually Emily told me that I needed to read her book self-coaching 101.

But I became most familiar with Brooke's work whenever I did start binging on her podcast

called the Life Coach School Podcast.

Brooks philosophy on coaching is that it's all about feeling better,

evolving to become the person that you really want to be, and recognizing that your thoughts will
