Hey guys, what's up and welcome back to another coffee talk. Today we're going to be doing a

0:37.7

decaf coffee brew. I figured we could talk about 25 things that are just 25 life lessons,

0:44.4

I guess, from, I mean right now I'm a 25 year old, but this is literally the last 24 hours

0:50.2

that I can say I'm 25 years old. So I figured with just theming it off the fact that it's my

0:54.9

birthday this week, it would be fun to kind of do just 25 of my top lessons,

0:59.7

top things that I feel like I've learned in my first 25 years of existence. I don't know,

1:04.4

there's probably a lot more than these 25 lessons, but these are the top 25 that I could think of

1:09.6

in my recent just recollections and the ones that stood out to me the most when I was thinking about

1:15.2

just life in general. I've been doing a lot of reminiscing, you know? Like I said, it's my birthday,

1:19.6

so I feel like every time around this year I kind of just like think back on what the year has taught

1:24.8

me and think about, think about, think back on just like how much has changed in a year,

1:30.1

where life was then, where life is now, what questions I had then, what answers I found now,

1:35.1

and all of that good stuff. So I won't talk too long because we've got 25 things to go through,

1:39.4

so let's just jump in. I kind of tried to put them in order as well, but at the same time these are

1:43.3

all like equally big life lessons, so there's really no one that's more important than the other,

1:49.0

I think they're all pretty implementable. First things first though, it's the lesson that life

1:53.5

is just a perspective. So the reason why I put this first and why I think it's the most important

1:58.8

is because I think it's the biggest thing that I've come to know in the last 25 years of life is

2:03.4

that even when you're younger, like everything that you're feeling, everything, your experiencing

2:09.0

is really all just a perspective based on not only the truths that you've agreed to or you were
