So today's video is going to be another solved true crime case, another serial killer case.

I wasn't intending for this to be a serial killer case. I went into it thinking it was just

one single case, a single murder, and then it turned out to be a serial killer and there's other murders connected to this person.

But yeah, this case was a channel member suggested case, so thank you so much to Amanda.

I don't even think Amanda knew that this was a serial killer case.

She asked me to talk about a specific murder of a girl named Meredith Emerson, which is the first one that we're going to talk about. But then as I started looking into that one, this person that committed the murder has also committed several others.

Now let's get into the case.

Before we do, I just want to give my usual disclaimer that I mean absolutely no disrespect to anyone that I talk about in this video.

This video is for educational purposes and everything that I'm about to say is just information that I have found on the internet and I'm compiling into one video.

So Meredith Hutt, Emerson was a 24 year old woman born on June 20th, 1983 in Charleston, South Carolina.

From what I gathered in my research, I believe Meredith moved around quite a lot when she was younger, so she lived in South Carolina, North Carolina, Colorado at one point.

She then went to the University of Georgia, which is where she stayed for the remainder of her life.

She graduated in 2005 with a bachelor's degree in French.

She was so talented in her studies in fact that she was

actually awarded the Cecil Wilcox Award for Excellence in French. Meredith was trained

in martial arts, she was very active, very outgoing, she loved nature and hiking and just being

out there and doing things. She also worked as a sales assistant at the time of this case in 2008.
