On today's episode, we had planned to talk about something else, but we ended up talking about the

doctrine of Providence. and the reason why is

because there was just some things that we had been having some conversations

about we felt like wow we're having a lot of fun talking about the doctrine of

Providence and we're teaching about it in the training program on the week that we

recorded this so let's talk about the doctrine of Providence and so today that's

what we talk about on the show and I have to acknowledge there's some language that's

kind of technical in this episode because the doctrine of

Providence can be really heavy lifting and so we do our best to try to kind of step in and

out of both the pastoral application of the doctrine of Providence, but also some of the real big

theological engine beneath the doctrine of Providence. And we're going to work to put some things

in the show notes that may help give greater clarity, some of the words that we use and some of the concepts

that we introduce in this podcast.
