Hello, hello. So a personal update for me.

This weekend is South by Southwest,

and if you heard a few episodes back,

I'm going to be speaking on a panel,

And it actually kind of aligns with a lot of today's episode where we chat about what it's like to be unboxable and lean into all aspects of your identity as well as working through some blocks you might have when it comes to personal

branding and showing up online. Today I have a personal branding strategist Maria

Von Lozhed where we talk about branding yes but also common thoughts we need to leave behind in the past,

which I think a lot of it is relevant for people generally,

but there's definitely some specifics that resonate with creators and with those that have a brand on social media.

Maria shares her thoughts on life and how it's like a loose garment and she shares some realness when it comes to aging and taking risks.

Aging is a topic that has actually been on my mind a lot personally and it's very

refreshing to hear her speak about it.
