I hope you're all really well and I just wanted to really give you an idea of my own personal truth.

It's something that I wrote and I want to be able to speak about this so that you really understand my own truth and hopefully this will be your truth as well.

And what I'd like to say is just a few things, something very small and very short, but I think very powerful as well.

You see, I remember when I was sad.

I remember when I was unconfident and I felt not good enough about myself.

It took a long time for me to know the truth, a long time.

Maybe quick of another's, but I definitely had this issue for a long time in my life.

So what was this truth?

Well, I can only really tell you my truth.

And it may sound a little bit woo-hul-l-la, but it's my truth.

And I ask you to be open. is all i would ever ask for you

so let's go for it i know without any doubt or even worry that you are here to realize your power.

I have no doubt that any obstacles or problems you're going through right now are ones

that allow you to grow and develop to a place of being.

Bear with me for a moment.

You see, all self-doubt is an illusion.

For that matter, as I speak to you, the deeper part of you,

I want you to know that everything is an illusion but one thing.

And I'll get to that soon.

You see, the things we go through, the stuff that happens to us,

for some it can be the absolute horror and trauma of life.

For others it can be the general fears and anxieties that most people experience.
