Summary

Philadelphia in the late 80s was being terrorized by not one serial killer, not two, but THREE, who all preyed on vulnerable women. Gary Heidnik was keeping women in his basement for days for his sadistic amusement and abuse. He was sentenced to death in 1999 for the rape and kidnap of six women and the murder of two. But just a few blocks down the street, was another killer, operating unnoticed and taking even more lives.
