1:25.0 | Well, it's a deliberately provocative title, really, because I want people to think differently about food. |
1:31.0 | I wanted them to think of it not as just a sort of fuel, but as something that could actually be a valid part of the healthcare picture. |
1:39.0 | It has the capacity to make us better and to do us harm. |
1:43.0 | And that's how I wanted people to start thinking about the food that they're eating. |
1:46.0 | So, I kind of conjured up that title from that point of view. |
