Today is part two of the mini series on this research review.

Normally, I do research review podcast,

and it is just a standalone

podcast. I pick a few studies or one study and I dive in. We spend an hour and we go through it.

However, when I started gathering research for the studies I wanted to cover in this, I guess,

months or section season, whatever you want to call it, this time of me doing a research review,

I realized that there was just, there was just too much to be said. There was just so much more research than I realized on some of these topics.

And if you listen to the last episode, which was on sauna and heat exposure, I ended up pulling out actually like five or six studies. I narrowed it down

to three. One of them was a meta-analysis, and I categorized it into sections. And the sections

were health, like general health and overall health, body composition, so muscle mass, fat loss,

that kind of thing. And then stressed management or relief recovery. If you didn't listen to that, definitely make sure you go back and listen that after this

episode.
