is around the corner and as is tradition now, we have found a local pub to frequent him. We are

You're fresh from a, look at it, it's glowing tan for being in the States. Look at it. That could we just be a wedding I had over the weekend. Still glowing. It's more like sweating and, yeah, losing body fat in America, I think, of the heat. But yeah. I'm back discussing the better half of

SW6. Yes. Yes. The other half. Yes. No, I don't want to drop you in it too much.

Well, this has become a bit of a tradition now to head to the pub, preview the new season. Jack,

it is a pleasure to have you along with us for the ride. We will be doing

preseason predictions. We will be looking ahead to Brighton, of course, the opening fixture,

and then going through a little bit further through the season as well. Hopes, fears, dreams,

everything will be covered in the next hour. But Jack, we should probably dive into

some of the latest Fulham news. I mean, a lot of worry, a lot of panic about Rodrigo Moon is,

and a bit of excitement about Kevin. We kind of dismissed the idea of it happening on, on the podcast. And now it all seems a little bit back on again. Should we start though with Moon is, because that is the one I feel like everyone is talking about going into the season. Yeah, I mean, we spoke about this a little bit last week, right? And I think that if you're getting 40, 50 million pounds for Rodrigo Munez, at the moment, you're still paying for potential, right?

That's probably a fair price.

Like in terms of actually what it would cost to get him out of there, we said this when the Leeds links happened earlier in the season, that if there was 50 million on the table, then there was a conversation to be had, right?

I didn't think Leeds had that money. Now it seems like atalanta do have that money and they're pushing for this to go through

now there's a lot of conflicting reports about at the moment about him you know either saying that he

didn't want to play at the weekend whether he played in the first game whether you know all of the

different things none of that has become clear yet right it's all still very, very opaque in terms of what's going on. But I do think that there's kind of two sides of this, and we said this in that if someone put 50 million pounds on the table for Rodrigo Munez, I think on paper you'd probably accept that, right? But do you trust for them to get that right in terms of recruitment and bringing in the player to replace him right now and considering how the transfer window has been thus far, I think the answer is probably no. And thus, is it easier or is it safer to basically stick with what you've got? You said this last week, right, that you'd rather kind of hold fire because at this point, are we going to be able to make sure that we get someone in of a

similar calibre you know obviously there's links to mediterami who was a wonderful player when he was at

porto barely barely featured for an interside last year and is he still the same player he was two

three years ago i think that's probably up for debate could he get back to that level maybe but like
