Up at Deception Pass? Yes. So people that have listened to our show for a while might remember a while back.

We did an episode on Cuddlefish with a marine biologist named Meg Minlin.

And Meg just so happens to be working at a marine research laboratory, only just a cool two-hour drive away from our house.

Yeah.

So we packed up the kids and drove up to Deception Pass and got to visit and see the marine research lab.

It was so cool.

We got to like see the critters and the tanks and got to meet a little octopus back there.

And the kids found it really cool.

Yeah.

And then we went tide pooling, which was awesome.

We got to go flip some rocks.

You found some cool creatures.

It did.

Christian has like the best tide pooling luck.

You always find all the coolest creatures.

I don't know what it is.

I try so hard. I flip every rock and I never find the cool creatures. I don't know what it is. I try so hard.
