This is going to be a good one.

We are going to be doing our quarterly update.

So, if you're new around here, which you might be, if you're new around here,

every year, Raylene and I set a set of elaborate goals, big, big dreams, big plans, you know, we get

caught up in the enthusiasm of the new year and we're like, we're going to change our lives.

And so we set these goals and then we work as hard as we can throughout the year to accomplish those goals. And usually, like, for the first few years of the podcast, we would just not really talk about them throughout the year. And then just at the end of the year, do a big episode where we're like, okay, did we do them? Yeah, did we even remember what our goals were? Who knows? Yeah. And we would often forget them. And then we got some

feedback from people who were just like, you should update us more on your goals throughout the year.

Like they're fun to hear about. And we're like, well, we love checking in about them. So let's do it.

So we've implemented doing these quarterly episodes where once a quarter, we check in on our goals.

We look at our progress. We talk about how it's, they're

actually functioning within our lives. So it's time for the halfway through the year episode.

When this episode goes out, it will be July, which is awesome. Yeah. And it'll actually go out on

Canada today. Canada day. It'll go out on July 1st. That's perfect. Yeah. Because that we, and it'll actually go out on Canada Day, Canada Day.

That's perfect.

Yeah.

So it marks the halfway point of the year perfectly, the very first day of the seventh month.

Yeah, we're going to see where we're at throughout this episode.
