And I kind of go through the basics, the foundational steps that if you also want to invest long distance, or if you're to somebody locally like me, I invest locally, but I want to travel more and I want to be not so attached to my properties, what are some of the principles that help you build a good team, help you analyze properties, help you analyze markets and all the other details of financing and things that you're going to have to do as a real estate investor, but you don't necessarily have to be there in person. That's what we talk about in today's conversation. I think you'll really enjoy both their stories and also the education that they provide. Now, before we get to the interview, it's time for this week's behind the scenes segment where I share a short snippet of what's going on with me and my real estate investing, finances, or business behind the scenes.
