Clay understands firsthand how to manage the tension of leading when you are not in charge.

He holds a degree in industrial engineering from Georgia Tech as well as a master's degree and doctorate from Dallas Theological Seminary.

Clay and his wife Jenny live in Forsyth County, Georgia with their four children.
