work on basically weather modification the spraying in the skies people know that follow what we're talking about here we may touch on that at the end of second hour but in my personal view I would put the work of James Shelby Downard with what he showed us in the top couple of things that I've ever bumped into and research because without him we would have never known or we could be living right now

and thought that this is a fantasy far beyond the bounds of reality which is

provably not the case and Michael A Hoffman, as far as I know, the only living person who can recall Mr.

Downard now gone.
