foreign language editions and have been bestsellers around the world. He is a founder of

Cotter International, a consulting firm that specializes in helping leaders

transform their organizations. And on a personal note I've taught graduate courses using John's books before and his book

Leading Change is one of the books on my list of top 10 reads for leaders that many of you

know and I've heard me recommend before.
