going to be really honest with you. I have personally struggled with everything I'm about to share

with you. With everything I'm about to share with you, I have personally struggled with,

from different types of addiction to pornography, to food addiction, to alcoholism.

I have struggled with severe anger and rage.

I have struggled with many different things and battled with many different demons,

inner demons that I carried.

But here's what I've learned.

I've learned how to heal that shit.

I've learned how to let it go.

And it took me many years of deep healing work to let this stuff go.

So it is a process of integration.

And this is where we as men specifically need to be patient with ourselves as we unfold
