it's a hot one and I just love it and I'm I'm not even good at it but you know I was very svelt when I was doing it.

And I'll do it periodically now.

It's good to do when you're traveling, but when I was living in Los Angeles,

I would go to this headquarters

and there was this little gay Indian instructor.

And I hated this guy.
