Another day, another sleigh.

You guys, okay, before we even get to the episode, I have to debrief my last Wednesday.

Okay, exactly one week from when you guys were listening to

this, I had the most bad shit crazy day ever. Okay. So I was being interviewed on my friend Alexis's

podcast and she lives in Dallas and she wanted to do it over Zoom and I was like, fuck that. I'll

hop on a plane. I'll come to Dallas for the day. It's literally like a 35 minute flight from Austin. And so I was like, okay, I'm going to come to

Dallas doing it in person so much more fun. And I made a whole day out of it. Okay. So I woke up

super early in the morning, how to see the airport. I got to Dallas a little bit early and I stopped to see my client turned friend Tara and we grabbed a coffee and just kind of caught up

and got to see how things are going for her since she finished the M.M Method program. And so that

was great. I had a little hour long coffee. I had a little alone time. And then I headed to the studio.

Me and Alexis recorded like such a fun episode. And part of today's conversation is inspired by that because we

talked about people pleasing on the episode and I was like oh I don't think I've touched on that

on my podcast before so I was like we need we need to die a bit we need to we need to know the vibes
