We don't like to dwell on heavy, serious subjects on life on planet Porky, but nobody can

ignore the very, very tragic news over the last 24 hours that Ronaldo, the world's most

famous footballer, the world's most successful football in terms of goals he scored and awards he's won,

has suffered the loss of one of two twins, born to him and his girlfriend, Georgina. That's a terrible

tragedy for any parent to have to cope with, isn't it?

It really is.

And, you know, it's all very well being the world's most famous footballer, the most successful,

the oldest Premier League footballer.

You know, there are so many things that make him stand out.

But this is one of those unifying tragedies.

There is no greater heartache than the

death of a baby. And of course, this is twisted by the fact that one of the twins that they were

expecting, he and his wife, Georgina, has survived. Thank God she has. Yes.

So they've kept their little baby girl.

And that is tinged with the desperate loss of that little baby's brother, who they now have to think about burying.
