Last night, following multiple 911 calls over ScotiRCMP, Members responded to a firearms call to a PortaPick residence in Colchester County.

When police arrived at the scene, members located several casualties inside and outside of the home.

They did not however locate the suspect. This was a very quickly evolving situation and a chaotic scene.

The search for the suspect ended this morning and I can confirm that he is deceased.

So there is a structure fire. There is a person down there with a gun. They are still looking for him. It is very big.

Witnesses reported at least three structure fires in PortaPick. We know the tux were killed here together, Emily, Aaron and Jolyne Oliver. So were Greg and Jamie Blair.

They are raining the victim's head to that intersection from the actual scene.

Were there more? Yes, but it is still early for details. What weapons were used? Even now, police aren't sure.

We have been unable to fully examine the crime scenes because for instance we have had five structure fires. Most of those being residences.
