So it's called in flu season people, I have a cold.

But we were supposed to do our book club today

and Kathy's daughter ended up sick

and Kathy didn't want to expose us.

So it was just me and Kirsten and it was so nice.

I don't think we've done a podcast just the two of us.

She's had some further diagnoses with her heart.

So we talk a little bit about her heart.

She's been put on like mandatory rest

and it sucks.

So we talked about kind of the mental state of that

and processing that and adjusting who you are

for this time in your life.

We talked about that for quite a long time.

We also talked about

George's car getting stolen and the recovery of that.

We talked about how they don't teach civics in school anymore.

I think it was a really good conversation.

It's a conversation she and I would have had

if we'd just gone to lunch.
