but we are here and this is Sarah. And this is Katie. Sarah, how are you? It feels like I was just saying

So Katie and I, because we love you guys so much and we love the podcast, we pre-recorded quite a few episodes before the Thanksgiving holidays and before I travel to the U.S.

So it's been like three weeks since we recorded.

It has been a hot second. I feel like it flew by and i can't believe it's

been that long but also i was like my life doesn't feel like it's fulfilled at this moment i need my

weekly recording slash bitch sessions you know there i know it went by quickly, but at the same time, I was just missing you.

And, you know, it's funny, too, is now a days we're a little bit busier than we were when

we first started this podcast, especially you, because you have a baby.

And so every time we call, we have to hurry and get in our chat whereas before

we would be on the call for like three hours yeah and now we're like oh quickly how are you

how is everything okay now let's get record give me a high-level version you have five minutes go

what yeah last week?

No, honestly, that's exactly.

When we first started, it was like, oh, you want to record now?

Oh, do you want to record tomorrow?

What about the next day?

Like, whenever.

And now it's like to see that both of us, you know, we still prioritize this and we make,
