0:30.7	The war between the House of Saul and the House of David lasted a long time. David grew stronger
0:35.7	and stronger while the House of Saul grew weaker and weaker.
0:39.1	Sons born to David in Hebron. His first born was Amnon, the son of Ahanoam of Jesrael. His second,
0:46.1	Kiliab, the son of Abigail, the widow of Nabil of Carmel, the third Absalom, the son of Makkah,
0:53.3	daughter of Talmi, king of Gesher. The fourth, Absalom, the son of Makha, daughter of Talmai, king of Gesher.
0:56.5	The fourth, adenajah, the son of Haggith.
0:59.8	The fifth, Shevatia, the son of Abatal.
1:03.4	And the sixth, Ithrium, the son of David's wife, Igla.
1:06.5	These were born to David in Hebron.
1:09.2	Now, the one thing you may notice is David had a number of wives, and so far he's got sons by each of them.
1:16.3	You might conclude that this will lead to problems later on, and you would be correct, because none of these sons will be king after David.
1:24.0	And probably only one of these names is familiar to you, and that particular name
1:28.7	will cause a lot of trouble later on. Continuing on, Abner goes over to David. During the war
1:35.2	between the House of Saul and the House of David, Abner had been strengthening his own
1:39.2	position in the House of Saul. Now, Saul had a concubine named Rispa, daughter of Ayah, and Ishpasheth said to Abner,
