You know this North Carolina team inside and out.

I know me and you have our battles here and there,

especially with one right now on the recruiting trail, but we're not going to get in that today.

Today we're getting into this North Carolina basketball team, this journey that they've made

to the final four from your own perspective, watching these guys from the start to the season,

all that they've been through, even dating back to last April Fool's Day,

when Roy Williams decided to retire unexpectedly.

What in your own eyes, like, what has this journey been like for these guys?

It's definitely been one of the wildest calendar years, I think,

in Carolina basketball history, as you said, going back to last year when Royal Williams

retired. And I think the big thing for these players is a lot of people thought that it would just

be Royal Williams 2.0. They thought that Hebrew Davis was going to run the same sets. He was going to run the exact same offense, do the exact same things.
