Today, executive functions pretty much teachers and parents recognize

weak executive functions when they see them. They know that disorganized

projects, incomplete homework, forgotten chores, that's executive function for you.

But strategies to strengthen these skills are really less obvious.

But in fact, as we'll hear today, executive function skills takes time, takes practice and teacher support but it can be done.

So today, Karen and Maureen will explain an effective sort of multi-step plan for sharpening executive functions by identifying the strengths and weaknesses,

advocating for strategies that address the weaknesses, and setting up an executive function from the classroom.
