Hey-how! She is the owner and founder of In Grace Yoga and of this beautiful facility, which I showed you guys already.

And so now we're diving into the episode.

I wanted to bring Asha on specifically because I had seen a post where she had talked about,

I think, abortions and miscarriages and being a death dula.

And I think that sometimes those topics are very taboo.

They're very taboo.

But I love when people talk about them.

I like when people talk about taboo topics.

So I was actually really happy that she talked about it.

And I was like, I know she's doing really great work here.

And I said, okay, I'm in Georgia.

You're in Georgia. Okay, like maybe I was going to do a podcast virtually, but I was like, why not I just come into your place and do it here.

So I'm happy she said yes.

And so introducing Asha, who is the founder of In Grace Yoga, but I would like to say like

a spiritual one practitioner, a death, a doula, a doula, and what else would you say that you are?

So I was just started out this work as a social worker and a psychotherapist.
