Summary
In today’s episode, Emily is calling out all of the light bearers in the world to share the light! We need you more than ever right now. If that’s you, Emily encourages you to step out, be bold and have courage to stand firm in who you are and never sway from your beliefs. It’s clear that darkness exists in this world. However, where there is light, darkness cannot exist so wherever you go, spread the light! Surround yourself with others who are sharing the light and be aware of who and what you are giving your energy to. You must let go of anything that may not be bringing you more into the light. Recognize what you need to do in order to get out of that place when you feel you may be slipping into darkness. Let go of anything that is not in alignment with your core values and what you stand for or anything that tries to dim your light. Have hope and faith, focus on the light and you will create more of that. That’s today’s message.

| 0:38.7 | There is a lot of darkness in the world and I believe that we're in a time where the dark is |
| 0:42.7 | getting darker and the light is getting lighter and there's never been more of a need of light |
| 0:48.7 | than right now. So to those of you that possess light and you're not necessarily using it or spreading it the way that you know that you can for whatever reason, |
| 0:58.0 | today I want to call you out and I want to demand that you demand that from yourself. |
| 1:03.0 | You demand that you share the light in the goodness, in the love and the purity and all of the things that are inside of your heart, you demand it from |
| 1:11.7 | yourself that you share that. I really believe that the light bearers of this world are |
| 1:16.8 | rising up in a universal way right now. I have had so many conversations with people who are coming |
| 1:22.5 | into the awareness of the fact that their purpose here on this earth is to be an expression of love and to share |
| 1:29.6 | that love with others and to lead the way by their actions. So to everybody that's listening |
| 1:33.9 | to this podcast right now and you know that that is who you are at the core of your being |
| 1:38.4 | that that's what you possess, I want to encourage you to step out, to be bold, to have courage, to stand firm in who you are, |
| 1:46.8 | stand firm in the convictions of your heart. Those convictions in your heart are not an accident |
| 1:52.8 | and they aren't just these opinions that get swayed left and right based on what's going on |
| 1:58.4 | in the world. They are true and they are your convictions |
| 2:01.9 | because it's part of who you are. So stand firm in that. Stand firm in what you believe and why you |
| 2:07.4 | believe it and don't be scared to say those things out loud. In the midst of all of the darkness, |
| 2:13.6 | it cannot exist if there is light. If there is light, darkness cannot exist. So everywhere you go, spread the light and spread it far, spread it wide. Be that open expression of love. Be that open expression of acceptance, of respect, of patience, all the things that this world is currently going against. |
