podcast. Emily, welcome back to the show. Two years later, here we are.

That's for having me. I'm excited about this. Yeah, I'm glad to have you on. Your last conversation

that you have with me ended up getting like 150,000 people, uh, tuning in,

which is pretty crazy. So it raises the question number one, why don't you have a show? When's,

when's your show dropping? Uh, my best friend and I have talked about starting a podcast, but

we are both in school right now, essentially,

and she is mothering three children, and my husband and I started our own home business last year.

And so we're kind of drowning in responsibilities right now.

And we haven't gotten quite to the point we can commit to another thing. Another thing. Yeah,

very fair, very fair. We did on the last episode have a couple questions that people dropped. I didn't

pull all of them because there were a lot of comments. But there was a couple like, I guess,

loose ends I wanted to tie up just before starting this conversation. If you haven't listened to that

last episode, you probably should before this one, because you're going to be lost with some of this

conversation. But first and foremost, someone said, we used a lot of abbreviations, and they're like,

we need a glossary for all of this. So just really quickly, what is IFB?
