My parents would often throw dinner parties every so often. I wanted to say pause right there.

But if there's a difference between that and dinner party, then I've never experienced it. But anyway, every so often my dad always like to have a bowl of mixed nuts in their shells as one of the offerings.

and the old man would just sit in the armchair and watch TV and I don't think he was alive. I don't know.

But I would sneak in there and grab walnuts out of a little thing and crack them right there in front of it.

And I think that's just an old person thing but whatever.

The day of the party I would take the walnuts though from the bowl my dad's
