Question, are you really good at predicting the future? Is that like a thing that you're good at? You're probably not, would be my guess. Honestly, I'm not. I didn't see the Seahawks coming last year. I don't think, I don't know. I mean, even stuff like that, it shouldn't be that hard to figure out, like, well, this team is really good or something. Yeah, we're not so good at, here's the great thing. We're not asked to predict the future. That's not what the Lord is putting on us in our lives. We're not asked to predict it. We're asked to trust him. That's it. Don't have to know. Don't have to predict it. Don't have to outline it. Don't have to somehow understand where everything's going to land a year, 10 years from now.

That's a burden off your back. We're asked to trust him. He does know.

I have some good news for you. God is not like picturing the future you and going, oh, I love that.

The idealized, like someday this person will be good enough that I can actually love this

person.

It's amazing.

It's hard for me to absorb it.

I'm the one talking about it right now.

He loves me as I am now.

That's hard for me to get my head around.

Even I'm thinking, like, well, maybe he sees potential down the line.

I'll get it all together.

That's not true.

He loves us because that's who he is.

It's a huge relief.
