Okay, so Steve Penny has officially resigned as of last Friday.

The USC Board called for his resignation last week a week later he

resigned so I think this is a huge step in the right direction I think this is something

that people have really wanted for a long time.

I think that it's really important for people to recognize that Penny was a leader

but he was also beholden to the board of directors and his boss is the chairman of the board
