Sometimes I wish this was our call-in show so people could call in and ask me questions

and sometimes I'm really glad it's not because it's just fun to speak out into the

ether and not have anything complex fired back at me. I'm just kidding.

But seriously, who do you ask for help? You ask

Google if you have a money question? Or could you ask your budget? Could you just say, hey budget?

How much is left in groceries? And the budget would tell you. Hey budget, I just

spent $40 at Walmart for toothpaste. Really good toothpaste. And the budget would act accordingly. Or hey, you know,

what's check my vacation category. How does that look? And the budget would tell you.

At the end of the day when you have a money question you are really

I mean you are the source of the knowledge but the budget structures it in a way where

you can kind of pretend that it's it's a butler for you. The budget is

deferential, it backs off if you really want something like a good butler, okay sir,

I apologize sir, absolutely sir, no problem sir. But the budget or butler will sometimes

jump in there and interject a little bit and save you from yourself, perhaps.

Doesn't Alfred do that with Bruce Wayne sometimes? I think so.

So at the end of the day the Butler who you employ can kind of turn around and check you a little bit.

And the budget that you employ is the same way.

The budget works for you, but sometimes you feel like,

oh, maybe I'm answering to the budget.
