All right. so this week on the podcast, we've got a great interview with a longtime member at Option Alpha, Jack Krupe, who has a long background in investment, not only in real estate

and private equity, but then also in options trading as well.

So I think you're going to really enjoy this podcast interview with Jack. I think it's one where we

talk about a lot of risk management, a lot of deciding for the right strategies that kind of

fit your profile. And you'll hear him talk about how he interweaves options trading with his

daily routine, which is pretty fun. So without any more blabbing for me, let's bring in Jack.

All right. So we got Jack in here. Jack, how are you doing, man? Doing great. Doing great. Thanks for

having me. Yeah, thanks for coming on. So a little bit of back history. You're an elite member,

Lifetime guy from way back in the day. got one of the exclusive packages. But I was also on your podcast a long time ago, and we had talked about you coming on the podcast if I ever restarted the podcast, which everyone now knows has been officially restarted. We've been going out for a little bit now, which is great. But we did take a little bit of a hiatus there. And so now we're back. So it's good to have you back in here into the mix and talking about your trading journey and kind of your background. So

why don't we start off there? Give everyone a just a background on who you are, kind of the high

level of what you do as far as trading and how you kind of

got into this crazy world of options trading. Sure, great. Well, again, thanks for having me and congrats on relaunching. And yeah, when I saw the email that you were relaunching, I was like, yeah, I would love to come on and tell my story and help provide some content that's hopefully useful to the audience. So my background,

I'm a real estate guy primarily. I thought I was going to go into tech. I have a degree in

information technology, but you graduated during a dot-com crisis and ended up just getting into

real estate in 2001, 2002. And in 2008, I made a pivot to work in private equity on Wall Street because during the financial

crisis, they needed real estate people. So I had flipped houses, been a landlord, bought

at the courthouse steps, and ended up kind of working on the banking side. And caught a pretty

good run in New York. We ended up partnering with a larger firm and built up a decent net worth
