As you will hear, I've been waiting to get Tez on the show for some time and it's really exciting now

I've probably mentioned this before when I get to the stage of this I realize this show's been going for six years. I thought it was five but it's not

it's six and and now I get to see people do very early work and then see them get

better and better and Tez is now someone who is just so exciting to watch. He carries himself

and we'll talk about this. He carries himself on stage like he knows he's going to

be massive which is why it's all the more laudable when he opens up about his

flaws and his own unconscious biases as honestly as he is about to.

Strap in, this is going to be a really fascinating conversation and I want to tell you as well
