Essentially, everybody was fombed off by the system.

So if you have symptoms that persist, whatever they are, they were fombed off at the level

of the receptionist in a general practice, unable to get a GP appointment, so there was huge

delays introduced.

Now, who made those decisions is really shrouded in mystery, and there was also a religious

effect of COVID.

People felt that you mentioned COVID and everyone bowed in straightness, yes, of course,

we understand that it has to have priority, but we don't see the true consequence for

another two or three years.
