I feel really tired today.

I don't know if I'm having a little relapse or what's happening.

But after this, I think I'm going to take a walk and then watch a movie.

I'm going to chill today.

I just spent two hours listening to you know, to an NRP course on, on your computer.

That's a lot of hours to stare at the screen.

Three almost. Three hours. Yeah. Yeah. Yeah.

But beautiful. So I did a traditional NRP class with a midwife from Hawaii who has been practicing for almost 50 years.

So, yeah, was very, very interesting.

And one of the things that she said that I really, I really jumped off

and right onto this to record with you today. But one of the things I really have to like sit

with and integrate is that, you know, I've been calling myself a traditional midwife because I don't

want to be considered a medwife or, you know, a modern midwife or, you know, whatever. I want to, I want to have

something that delineates me as really respecting and honoring the roles and not intervening unless

totally necessary and, you know, all the things that I talk about on the podcast. But she said very

clearly, she's like, you can't be a traditional that I talk about in the podcast. But she said very clearly,
