Hi, I'm jumping in here at the top because something extraordinary happened.

I'm recording this not 24 hours after Joe Biden and Kamala Harris were elected president and vice president of the United States.

This is important and historic and momentous for a lot of reasons.

Too many to get into at the top of Holly Campbell's first episode back to the Hamelcast.

But it felt fitting to record something because, and you'll be able to hear it in our conversation, we were both so aware of the uncertainty of what the world might look like by the time Holly's episodes came out. But now we know, and it's a great and hopeful feeling the world turned right

side up. Of course now the work at home begins but I guess I wanted to get on the mic until

October 2020 Jillian and Holly to exhale, blossom Yorktown and keep focused on the work.

recording in my new space I'm so so thrilled. It feels like I'm hosting you again like having you over

But I wanted to say this conversation usually happens off the air and I realize that's a really shitty thing so I wanted to make sure I start something with asking about pronouns before we get started on the air so the listeners now.

When you log on to record you have to put your name and I started to put Holly Campbell, she

her and then I thought, well Jillian knows but then you're right.

We haven't talked in a hot second so you don't necessarily know.

Yeah or the listeners and I just realized like I should be doing that on the air oh my God.

I love it. Holly Campbell you this is your second time on the pod the last time you were on was like 2018 right yes I think we

recorded in like March of 2018 and I think it aired a little right after that over

these last two years we became really close and so I'm thrilled to have you

on again and have you be like my first friend over in the new place.
