When we look at the success of others, we tend to feel two different types of ways. One is of "circumstance" which are those thoughts like "They got lucky" or "Well, of course they had that success, they've been given so much.." etc. 

Or, we can live in Possibility. We can find the opportunities in those moments to say... "How can I create that for myself?" "What resources do I have in order to build that type of success in my life" or "What diet and work outs would be best for me to get those abs"

The other day on Instagram, I had done a post on there, and it was a video, and it showed

me in workout clothes, and I looked looked somewhat fit and I had a comment.

I had a lot of comments on there, but I had a comment from one person in particular that

really stood out to me.

He wrote, wow, yeah, I would be super fit too if I was rich and if I could afford trainers

and if I could afford nutritionists and if I had all these things

that didn't have to work. That might not have been the exact words, but somewhere along those lines.

And what was so interesting about that is it made me really think about how people's minds go

in one or two directions when they see something they want. This really applies to anything,

not just health and fitness. It applies to finances.

It applies to relationships.

Somebody living in a house that you want, driving a car that you want, having the job that you
