After 25 years of bodybuilding and 15 years of coaching lifestyle clients and competitive athletes, Steve felt it was best to give all of his knowledge away for free on his YouTube channel "Vigorous Steve." The channel is designed as a transfer of knowledge in an attempt to improve the health and well-being of the entire fitness industry, one informative video at a time!
Steve has a passion for everything that revolves around bodybuilding and optimizing performance through supplements and performance-enhancing drugs. With the growth of his YouTube channel, he decided to branch out to other sports and optimize productivity for high-performance entrepreneurs as well.
Steve has a background in financial business consulting, albeit this chapter came to a close in 2009 during the economic crisis of the late 2000s. Steve traveled for an entire year throughout Asia, ultimately settling down in Thailand. Steve is married, living with six cats, and is actively trying to conceive their first child.
