And welcome back to Corpus Delicti.

We are brand new with the new series.

Yes, and we don't have a name yet.

So we're not saying it right now, but by the time the episode comes out, obviously you

will see it in the episode title.

So bear with us.

We're still kind of going back and forth on that, trying to figure out something.

We don't have the official term yet.

But this is a brand new series, like Jen said. It's all about survivors, people who survived,

how they survived, the aftermath, if there is any, and just taking a look at the brave souls

who have been through hell, literally. So our first story in this survivor series comes from a serial killer that I actually had never heard of,

and I'm kind of surprised I had never heard of him. And I mentioned this in our Patreon Discord server,

and people were like, oh yeah, how have you never heard of that? So apparently I'm just living under

a rock. A quick warning, this one can be a little bit gruesome.

There's also some language in this one peppered throughout.

So Jen and I are going to let ourselves kind of ease our language rules on this one a little bit.

So just know that that is coming.

Also, you're going to hear something we don't normally do. We are

going to play the 911 calls from this case. And the reason we are doing that is because these

911 calls are not from the victim or victims in this case. They're actually from the killer
