And welcome back to MileHire Podcast, episode 243.

Today we're going to be talking about a very disturbing case out of New Jersey.

We're going to be discussing the case of Tiffany Belente.

And just a warning ahead of time, it's very upsetting and also very frustrating because the investigation in this case was absolutely dismal.

I mean, just...

Yeah, and what's difficult about it is, Tiffany was struck by a train on July 12, 2015.

And what's difficult about this is that when you're in any sort of train accident that happens, the transit police come in.

And the transit police, oftentimes look at things and they're like, okay, this was an accident or this person jumped in front of the train.

But there's some evidence out there and theories put forward by the family and others that suggest that this was actually a homicide.

And obviously the transit police, they're not going to have a ton of experience with solving a homicide.

So when this happened, they're furt, you know, they just kind of went with this idea and, you know, there's some statements made by train engineers, which we'll get into, that basically just led them to say, Tiffany, you know, through herself in front of this train.

And that's the end of the story there.
