You know, I go for the regular over-the-counter stuff.

What really helps me, though, like with sore throats, because I talk for living at my, you you know my full-time job and this job is I this I got when I was still a teacher I had a student from South Africa and and they saw that I kept getting sore throats all the time and she told me about how to make a tea out of fresh ginger.
